Systemic Ritual is a method developed in Amsterdam that connects systemic family constellations methodology and principles with a shamanic worldview and techniques. Using this method and her shamanic and systemic training, Aleksandra designs and runs a whole range of tailored rituals for various life events:
Birthday Rituals
Every ritual is different. It is based on the orders of systemic constellations and uses its method of representation but is specially designed for the birthday person. It is a tailored process for your special day to look and acknowledge the past, to anchor in the present and to set the intention for the future. We combine shamanic and systemic work to mark this time in your life and to build potential for next steps. You are welcome to invite any number of guests to participate in your ritual or it can be a one to one process with Aleksandra. It could also be a beautiful gift for somebody’s birthday but make sure you have their consent first. Time around our birth day holds special power and celebrating it with intention and meaning could bring strength and new energy to our lives.
Birthing Rituals for Mothers and Fathers
Diverse systemic rituals for various situations around motherhood/fatherhood and bringing new life to this world. The intention could be to resource the pregnancy for mother and baby, to welcome the baby to the family, to consciously cross the threshold into parenthood, to resource the baby for her life here and her relationship with her parents. Depending on the situation and needs the ritual could also include elements of balancing new baby's relationship with her siblings, balancing her relationship with missing father, balancing her relationship with biological/adopted parents and with the way of her conception - the very beginning of her story.
Moving House Ritual
Some people believe that our homes are extensions of our auras, of the protective field around us, our private space. So getting a new house and moving could be a daunting and life changing experience. Doing a ritual to pay respect to your old home, to acknowledge everything it gave you, everything it held for you and then opening a door for a new relationship with a new house could help with the moving process. Proper endings are important for inner peace and guided beginnings create potential for future blossoming. The ritual could be especially helpful if you don't know what the history of the new house is, or if it is a flat surrounded by many other flats with different dynamics within each one of them.
